What do you mean ‘nightmare’? I suspect that a contractor hired to work on that house could probably put his kids through college on that job!

LOL maybe, but only if they live in the same town as the author and the author gives the local paper a press release AND the paper is having a slow enough news day to roll with it…

I suspect it’s the author’s own snapshot of an abandoned house Mr. Three First Names happened to drive by.
