Below the Wall

Below the Wall

The cover sure doesn’t tell us much. Let’s check the description:

In a male-dominated world, a few friends try to escape, to find a safe place. A place where your body is yours, a place based on principals. A place where men and women are seen as equals. While most people on earth are suffering, their little community seems to be thriving. Everyone lives together in peace, or so they thought.

Hm.

Well, Amazon lists it under “Science Fiction & Fantasy,” which manages to tell us more than the cover and description combined.

…a place based on principals.

So, a place run by school principals? Hard pass.

See, there’s a literal wall pictured right there on the cover! It’s all figurative and metaphorical and subtextual and symbolic and all that abstract good stuff!

Normally, below every wall is a foundation.
