It took me 3 reads to decide whether the author meant

“Shooting…
Star Canyon Ranch,” (as in shooting the ranch named Star Canyon) or,

“Shooting Star…
Canyon Ranch,” (as in simply one long-ass named ranch), or,

“Shooting Star Canyon
Ranch.” (As in, “Shooting Star Canyon” Ranch.)

I mean…for pity’s sake…and I live in the west, where there are, indeed, some ranches with loooong names, particularly amongst those city-dwellers that resettle out here. (I have a Brahma bull, now living two places over from mine. I can hear him when he’s amorous and lonely….sigh…)
