Screw the shoulder–what’s going on with that right hand of hers? Is that what they mean when they say double-jointed?

(And don’t get me started on what it would take, in the 18th-19th centuries, to get that shade of purple in a dress….or the fact that she has zero, ZERO jewelry on. Riiiiiight….)

Even tho’ her right hand is overlaying his right hand, her right hand appears out of proportion to her arms.
