That looks more like a hobbit hole than a museum to me. Maybe the Sackville-Bagginses donated Bag End to the Smithsonian after Frodo sold it?

It’s not even good enough to be a preliminary sketch.
Although the part that gets me the worst is the horrible low-res “Miss Kitty Mysteries” logo at bottom left. I can make out the cat, but have no idea about the… two horseshoes?
The author’s other covers are on a par. I particularly recommend a look at “Races and Rogues”.
I’d be tired also after such massive weight loss.

My favorite is the series title at the top that was moved by cutting out the text and the background.
