this always baffles me; getting light and shadows right is one of the first things you learn in art classes. Also the fifth, seventh and probably ninth

“It’s close to finished,
and something’s lurking on the knife,
Under the handle,
Right in your sight,
it almost stops your heart
You try to shadow,
you try the light,
But incompetence foils you,
every single time,

Cause this is Chiller, Chiller!
And no one’s gonna save you,
from the incompetence, about to strike,
you know it’s a Chiller Chiller night,
You’re fighting for your cover,
inside your head tonight,
ooooooooooooo….”

(with an apology to the late Michael Jackson…)
