No, it’s far too difficult to tell. Something with an injured (?) woman and then a creature or being of some kind, in the lower-left?

I thought it looked maybe pre-Raphaelite but couldn’t find anything to match. Google images did throw up a couple of pre-Rahaelite Ophelias (that definitely weren’t this artwork) so at least Google image search was getting the same vibe.
