I would have replied sooner but I was busy having a seizure.

The lower half’s imagery isn’t bad. The clock and book combo is interesting. Though looking at it more closely, the hourglass doesn’t add anything to the mix. The contrasting color of the text is nice as is the hint that it’s a window on an ocean/cloud scene. The real problem is the top half being weird and completely unnecessary, and then the fact that we have this double author, double title thing. If it were just “RENYSHA DENAE” and “9TH EMBER TALES” on a version of just the lower half, I’d kind of like this.
Seizure risk?
Seconded.
Yeah, probably. Added.

I suspect the bottom half was composited by someone else, found and then used/kludged to make this cover with the upper-half elements.
The transition is so abrupt, so jarring…that’s what it feels like to me.
Are 3D glasses included with the book?
