Me, I’m impressed that in addition to the proliferation of fonts the cover features a hard drop shadow, a soft drop shadow, and an outside stroke on three different blocks of text. *chef’s kiss*

“…loving, yet protective husband…”
I was not aware that loving AND protecting your spouse were exclusive of one another.
The “Trigger/Content Warning” cracks me up. Sheesh, just put a little blurb on the back to give us the premise; let the potential readers decide whether they want to read it.
It does remind me of something really cute, though: My youngest niece (9 years old at the time) wrote a story with a friend of hers – a sci-fi/fantasy adventure involving some spacefaring felines. I didn’t get to see this when we visited, but she told me all about it. At some point, one of the characters gets kind of philosophical, and her friend added a warning label! “WARNING: DEEP THOUGHTS” š
She turned 10 last February. I sent her a birthday card and, among other things, advised her to keep on thinking DEEP THOUGHTS. š

You mean you don’t protect people you despise and sacrifice those you love? What kind of a weirdo are you?
Nothing against content warnings, but… not on the cover omg! D:

Jesus God. Trigger warnings. Yet another waypoint on our collective road to Hell. (Your niece is cute as hell, though.)
