If you’ve ever been to a Catholic school you would know the thing the figure is holding is a yardstick (apparently radioactive) with which to whack the students when they misbehave. As to the other anomalies… nope, I cant help with those.
Yardstick my ass. My knuckles have scarring to this day–50+ years later–from being whapped with a ruler.
