I hope that I will never have enough such covers to necessitate such a tag.

No special tag needed. Nathan does a remarkable job of *not* kink-shaming the readers or the authors of the books on LBC. And we do see a lot of weird (to me) kinks on these pages. Often weirder even than furries.
I will, however, kink-shame the hell out of the vores.
