“A true story?” Is this the next…damn, what was the name of that guy? Wheatley? Something like that? Does anybody remember that guy that wrote the book about being an abductee? Somebody made a movie of it? (God help me, I read the book as a young woman/girl.) I think…what, Christopher Walken was in it? Anybody?
You’re thinking of Whitley Strieber’s Communion. But he’s only famous because he was already a novelist and knew how to write a book.
That’s it. For the life of me, I cannot recall why I came across that book as a young person. But I did; I read it, and I remember thinking something equivalent to “WTF?”
