I think that’s right, although their wording sucks. “Including a new Bast novella by Rosemary Edghill” would probably be best, although “Featuring Rosemary Edghill with a new Bast novella” might work too.
However, I don’t think it’s an accident that the layout would lead one to believe that the entire thing was a Bast novella by Rosemary Edghill. If I had to guess, I would say that Edghill is orders of magnitude better known than any of the other author, and the editor wouldn’t object if people bought it thinking they were just getting a Bast book.
I was going to ask what was with the “layout woes” tag, since nothing obscured the woman and the background is, well, background. Then I noticed the sun. Okay, yeah, when something is covered over to the point I don’t even notice it *exists,* that tag seems perfectly reasonable.
Also, the fact that the face is juuuust left of the centerline axis, and the sun is a little bit right of it — neither is enough to really look intentional, and they don’t balance each other; they just look randomly placed.
So, you get together a bunch of different stories for an anthology and you can call it a novella?
No, I think she, the editor, is implying that one of the collection is itself a novella. That’s my take on the wording, FWIW.

Oh, it’s simply a Bast mystery to me.
The real question: will it be a Bast seller?
