Doing the Look Inside! at Chapter 1 The Plant Men, “As I stood upon the bluff …”, I am compelled to say that Grace MacGowan Cooke writes so much like Edgar Rice Burroughs it is so uncanny, so jarring that I cannot encapsulate my feelings in mere words.
