Maybe it’s Wolfie?!? That would explain his noticeable absence. Nooooo, Wolfie! By Grabthar’s Hammer, you will be avenged!

OMG, I cannot upvote that one enough. By Grabthar’s Hammer, indeed! (I confess, I love that movie, it’s one of the very, very few comedies that I like! And God, I miss Alan Rickman!)

Me too, on both counts – he was awesome in that movie and I miss him too. “Galaxy Quest” is the reason I only got 3 or so hours of sleep this morning !

He was one of the absolute best elements in Dogma, (Metatron) one of the only other comedies that I love, too. I think that is a woefully underappreciated movie, probably due to the hoopla about it being “anti-Catholic” when it escaped was released. Perfectly cast and just clever as all get-out.

I agree, and funny because that’s the other movie that popped into mind after “Galaxy Quest”!

We have an expression at my office, pronounced GIM-tah (hard G), which stands for GMTA which means “Great Minds Think Alike.” 🙂

Dogma rocks and is totally underappreciated. To this day, even though my faith has been shaken from time to time, (Yes, I’m lookin’ at you, KEV!) Kevin Smith has my respect for that one.
