I think somebody just captured a still frame of a character using his wand from a Harry Potter movie DVD, overlaid the protagonist dude’s head over that character’s, cut the resulting chimera from the frame and overlaid it on a photo of somebody’s garden, blurred the whole thing to cover up the cut-and-paste job (failing to do so at all convincingly), and then ran everything through a filter to cover up the blurring (also failing to do so at all convincingly).
