Ugh. It’s like the end of the “remake” (don’t get me started) of “The Day the Earth Stood Still,” in which the so-called happy-ending was all technology on the planet dying. Give it one week, and post-apocalyptic Road Warrior gangs would be roving the landscape. One month, and people would be cooking and eating each other.
If they could figure out how to start a fire.
