Also, I did a quick look-up of the old Grumpy Cat memes, and he does in fact have that (R) after his name for “Registered Trademark.” So even if that isn’t an official portrait of Grumpy Cat that they stole, there’s still the potential for the attorneys to be cued.
So, wild animals can breathe on Mars, but domesticated cats/dogs can’t, and thus require the suits? Alrighty, then, good to know.
