It would probably be better if it were a graphic novel; the art’s passable for a comic book, though everything would be significantly better either way if the designer would ditch that blurry photo background.

Completely agree. Even the type, though a bit bland, isnt BAD. A different background and this could have been saved.

You must be getting spoiled by the sophistication of contemporary productions; these drawings could easily have come from comic books based on any of the Saturday morning cartoons of my youth.(1980s and 1990s).

Not to mention that they all share the same face. A comic book artist is allowed to have a style, but if you can’t tell the characters apart, they have failed.
