Good point. One of the candidates to continue the Nero Wolfe series, after Rex’s death, actually did have that as a submitted plot element–Nero and Archie riding mopeds, on a hot chase, in the Caribbean. Thank GOD, that author wasn’t selected for the honor of continuing on! (I mean, did s/he forget Nero’s weight? Can you picture it?)
Yes, the same character who NEVER left the brownstone, except on the rarest of occasions, chasing some villain around the islands–thousands of miles from home–on a moped? It’s right up there with that horrid sendup of Charlie Chan, the one with the Dragon Queen or some dreadful title like that.

Was the title supposed to be “A Scandal From East Anglia”?
Elementary, my dear Watson. It was Sexy Nun Mary Licorice in the rectory with the golden censer!
Rector? I barely KNEW ‘er!
Sooo, a role-playing 1890’s hooker? Is that the gist here?
Honestly, this is bloody appalling. What next, Sherlock on a moped with Watson sitting pillion?
Don’t give them any ideas, Hitch.

A motorcycle with a sidecar, MAYBE. But my God, a moped. That’s accidental comedy gold

Probably some cheeky play off of the story a Scandal in Bohemia.
Yes, but who here thinks that the Sandal is intentional? I mean…Where’s the Feet? (if it’s intentional, that is?)
Nice catch, @Naaman Brown!
“In financial news, socks fell amid interest worries today…”
“The fearless Holmes was stocking the dreaded Moriarity…”
. . . Spurred by news of widespread failing bunion crops.
