The Mask of Tamirella

Um… “Honorable mention” and “finalist” are not the same thing as *winning* an award.

Horrid kerning. Quite obvious to anyone…except the author.

Oddly enough, publishing seems to be the only industry where a seal touting an award is a strike *against* your book.

Actually, I think that applies more to the self-publishing industry where it seems awards come by the dozen. I, for one, would not mind having a Caldecott Award medallion on the cover of a my book or a Booker Award or an Edgar or a National Book Award or a Newbery… I know that my Hugo has never been a hinderance.
