This one is baffling. Normally, the “double title/double author” makes a certain amount of sense: they designed their cover with the title and author, then picked an Amazon template that included the title and author for you, and apparently never looked at the result. But that doesn’t seem to be what happened here. It looks like, for whatever reason, they really did want to include the title twice.
