It’s kind of a shame. Yes, the dragons are the same image, twice, inverted, but the castle and dragon artwork is actually pretty decent. If it hadn’t been ruined, it would have been a nice backdrop for the cover.
I’m cracking up over the knight’s disappointed downcast look – like he was supposed to defend the castle and knows this is going to look just terrible in his annual evaluation.
One of my pet peeves on covers is when there is action, but with no real purpose. Like, sure, it’s cool they’re breathing fire, but why? What are they attacking, the rocks?
