Well, the graphic for “My Devouring Love” is better, but the font is still godawful and incredibly difficult to read. To me, Rib Bone Jack is the clear and away winner.
Rib Bone Jack is both most improved and best overall, but I’d say that Inner City, Dette Chambers’ Death Journal and The Elixir all put themselves in the “Wouldn’t Be Considered For LBC” category.
I’m not wild about Inner City. With regard to the Dette Chambers’ Death Journal entry, my issue is the readability of the red font on the black background, which is hard on the eyeballs, but yes, it would not be an LBC contender.
Hmmm…on Elixir..yes, it’s vastly improved and I wouldn’t want the author to think I thought otherwise, but DAAAAYYYAM, it’s busy-ish. (This could simply be that to me, it looks like a Zombie book and I’m just sooooo over Zombies…not that I was ever wild about ’em in the first place. Not a TWD fan.)
Heh. I’m a zombie fatigue hipster — I was bored of zombies BEFORE The Walking Dead (The TV series — I had read about 50 issues of the comic book and gotten bored with it before the TV series came along).

Yes, generally, I agree with your points.

Honestly? Don’t get it. I tried TWD. Twice. Just can’t get into it. I suck, I know. I’m the UnHipster, I guess.
