Some of them are still around, clearly.

Oh the irony.

This one also deserves to be here for its cover. I would encourage anyone who’s just seen the thumbnail here and hasn’t seen it in its full…er, glory, to go take a look.

As for the rest: short, illiterate blurb, 37 pages, and a “Look Inside” that doesn’t seem to contain any actual content as far as I can tell. I’m going to guess this is either a money laundering scam or someone with no idea what he’s doing.

A doctor, no less. You guys have got to read the author bio. It’s precious.

Yikes; plus his profile picture and at least two of his covers seem to be just watermarked stock-photo-site preview images. :-/
Meanwhile another of his works uses what we’ve come to know as The World’s Worst Cover Template™.

Is it a platform-specific thing? I see neither a thumbnail nor any sort of link for these ‘blurb’ posts, so other than googling the entire phrase, how do I get to the original?

Your desktop might have better security than my laptop.

Hmm, maybe. Let me dicker with my settings (as it were).

Aha! Yes – if I disable AdBlock Plus for this page, now I see it. Thanks for the clarification and screenshot 🙂

In close up the cover looks like a Halloween witch with a bowl of candy corn. Anti-climax.

I don’t see it on my desktop, either–I have adblock. Same thing. I tend to come here on my laptop, which doesn’t use it.

I suspect this ‘book’ was created using one of the many wretched automated book-making services that roam the web and stick together bits of Wiki articles and search results into a barely-coherent mess at the click of a mouse. Even so, this guy failed miserably, as the Look Inside is basically an error message.
