Agreed. The concept isn’t awful and if the text were bigger and more exciting and covered the square, it could manage to look reasonably professional, if a little bland.

That is the author’s name. (I was going to point out that the southern border was not a lake, it was the Ohio River.)

Presumably the Purdue Apocalypse. I believe that the Boilermakers are the Hoosiers traditional rivals.
