I’m confused. The author claims to be an English professor yet doesn’t seem capable of properly structuring a sentence, not to mention the absurdity of the subtitle in general. Also, the book is listed at 356 pages yet the Look Inside doesn’t include any of the actual book.

Apparently if you travel to the past, you can use the camera feature of your cell phone to take pictures. But with no cell towers in the 1970s … oh, well, don’t forget to take your charger.

Of course, Millenials feel entitled to their competently-designed book covers nowadays.
What about Ford and Carter? They seem to represent the 70s more than Nixon does. The Nixon years were basically the 60s in its red giant stage.
