I am curious why the designer felt the need to add the squished silhouettes in the middle of the road there. The cover might be almost tolerable without them.
As an aside, I know this is lousy book covers not lousy blurbs, but I did click on the link, and I think Mr/Ms Zick could use some help there too. After having read the blurb, I’m pretty sure I got the whole story and feel no need to open the book.

I figured those were dancing silhouettes like in 60s or spy movies!
