To give him his (per)due, he’s positioned the text where it won’t be obscured by dark bits of the image, which is more sensible than many authors we see on here.
On the other hand, the blurry image and the clunky cut-out heads could do with being perdu(e).

Where are the chickens?
Okay, so cheap crappy jokes aside, this kind of looks like someone er, borrowed a cover from another book in the 1940s’, scanned it, and then slapped those two wholly inappropriate and dimwitted images on it. Yeah?

I don’t understand why the main picture is so squashed, just to give very wide yellow margins.
