Radioactive handcuffs that don’t go round underneath — they don’t stop a person escaping, but they die quickly of radiation sickness.

This cover’s bad paste-on handcuffs remind me of “The Shrunken Head Murders” cover where the stitches looked like crossed Q-tips.
