Eternal Beauty: A Gripping Serial Killer Thriller (Catherine Mans’ Suspense Book 2)
The beauty’s inside the book. Not on the cover.

You’d think a NYT bestselling author could afford a better designer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What about the typo on the cover? The official title on Amazon has the apostrophe after “Mans” as you have written, but that apostrophe is missing from the cover text.
And why is that head at the bottom, lying down, got such a weird tongue sticking out?
Close up, full res, she’s either a heavy smoker (¿bituminous coal?) or that’s a manifestation of ectoplasm, ala The Haunting in Connecticut.
I thought it was a partly-inflated, er, balloon (or…?), until I zoomed in. Smoky, indeed. I’m going with ectoplasm running away from this cover.
We hafta zoom in on the 1276×1596 pixel version to figure out what we’re looking at. The Amazon Look Inside is 260×328 and thumbnail ad is 112×142.
The other Prather covers I have seen are better and reasonably clear at all sizes.
If the beauty is inside, are you suggesting “don’t judge this book by its cover”? 🙂
