You know, most covers here I can at least figure out what they were going for even if the execution leaves a little something to be desired. This one has me baffled.
Even more baffling, it’s apparently, “based on the upcoming movie.” If that’s true, why not just use a still from the movie as your cover art? That’s how it’s usually done for movie tie-ins.
He’s clearly operating that eyeball from behind, with his left hand.
is that the operator’s manual he is reading?
But how can he read it if he doesn’t know how to control his eyes?
