Well, maybe the cover designer was struck with a bit of guilt and thought it would be cheating to crop off the “demo version” tag. Not guilty enough to actually buy the software before using it to create a commercial product, but you know, it’s the thought that counts.
(I’ll leave it as an exercise to the reader to decide precisely what sort of “thought” went into this cover and what it should count for).

No cropping of images for the cover possible, just stick the screenshot in.
