There are a couple of elements of this cover, which by themselves, might look cool. Going back to a blank canvas and choosing just a couple of these elements, maybe this can be salvaged.

Because of readability issues (well, ONE of them) it looks like the edge of the cliff has been labeled “Edge”…

Is it just me or is the leg of the R looks like it is trying to kick the authors name off the cover.
