Is that really a partial photo? Clearly the person who made this (can’t bring myself to say “designer” or “author”) has no experience with actual books.

Argh! This “cover” just makes me MAD! Is this the best photo of a cat you have? Seriously? If it’s your cat, you can take a decent photo of it, surely? The only thing that might prevent you from taking a better photo is if the poor thing had died, but surely this can’t be the only photo of it? I have gigabytes of photos of my cats! At least that last photo cover, the catering what’s-it-called had a decent photo, I mean decent in a sense that the person at least tried to make it a good photo, put a vase in the shot and made sure that the tray thingy was inside the photo, but this… And the title goes on the cover too, FFS! Not necessarily IN ALL CAPS! Aaaaaargh!

I’m sorry for the rant 🙁 It’s just so upsetting.

Apparently, there are better photos, but they’re inside the book, and too small for kindle. This one’s on the cover because apparently it’s trying to show that the cat has a heart markings on its side. That doesn’t make me feel any better about the whole thing because A) I don’t see a heart shape there, and B) I don’t even see the entire cat!

I see the heart, but I also see that grandma is laying a big giant fart on this cat. (It explains why it is hiding)

The complete description: “WINKIE THE CAT WITH A HEART IS ABOUT WINKIES MOTHER WHO HAD KITTENS AND LIVES WITH A HUMAN FAMILY.”

All caps and incorrect punctuation. Pass.

BTW – looked inside the book. It’s an all-caps debacle, with added incorrect use of capital letters and missing punctuation. Blech.
