Definitely a false flag but I don’t think it’s really lousy otherwise.

False flag? In the post apocalyptic world we will revert to 19th century wardrobes, and after open heart surgery get laced up by a shoemaker.

I think the portrait isn’t bad. The squiggly gold frame and the text are horrid though.
