I keep thinking that the title is AG AL OA. Maybe it’s supposed to be “The Adventure of AG AL OA and his friends, the Travelling Pants.” Right?

Why does this author use the worst typography she can?
And what’s so magical about a tatty old coat? Maybe it’s the yellow scarf added to it. The title looks more magical, just because it’s psychedelic or multi-coloured.
