Uh, what? Well…the cover’s not important, because I used the LITB and no cover will save this book. The awfulness of the title perfectly represents the awfulness of the interior. In the first page, the hero “screams” and “yells” his comments/questions at a Police inspector, so…{shrug}.

Yep, when I saw that pretty English lakeside scene (is that a woman in Victorian dress and a bonnet by the waters’ edge?) the very first thing I thought was ‘Mafia Underground.’
