Never seen a lesbian sky before…

It kind of looks like some deranged ex-boyfriend, chucked over for a girl, is skywriting the description, across the sky, over the girl on the beach (the one you can hardly see, at the edge of the image, there).

I guess the pickup truck was code, right? Girl+pickup=lesbian? FWIW, folks, I have a pu truck, and I’m straight.

Me too. This is one of the most baffling covers I’ve seen on here, and that’s really saying something.

As if the old-timey pickup truck isn’t enough of a lesiban dog whistle.

Most alt romance novels use more subtle dog whistles than pasting words in CAPITALS.

It’s the Lesbian Seagull, apparently. It’s already flown away, leaving only a sad caption behind.

That West Virginia beach looks really nice. It needs a “Watch for Falling Lesbians” sign, tho.

Lesbian

…because, um, well…

I don’t know. Just because, I guess.

I like the dropped shadows on the letters for lesbian. Really adds a touch of realism.

House of Romance? No, just an old truck. You’d think the lesbian theme would be referred to in a subtitle, not just stuck in the air.
