I’m almost okay with this cover. Not happy with the bright lipstick font of “Assassin” and Wolfie could have been left off, but I like the lone model in the snow and the shattered glass/ice framing her.

I agree, the idea is pretty nice. It’s just the implementation falls short. If they gave the images to someone who could use Photoshop more skilfully and had some better fonts…

Count me in on that opinion. I like the B&W contrasted with her cape, but it’s just not quite there as a whole.

Me too. Get rid of wolfie and pick a better font and this could be really good. I love the shattered glass effect. Sometimes people put far too much on their covers and the elements fight each other.

Ah, “Red Hot Riding Hood,” isn’t it? I remember realizing how…adult some of those old WB’s cartoons were.

Shattered
Uh, shadoobie, shattered
Uh, shadoobie, shattered
Uh, shadoobie, shattered, shattered

Don’t you know the crime rate
Is going up, up, up, up, up
To live in this town you must be
Tough, tough, tough, tough, tough

You got rats on the West Side, bed bugs uptown
What a mess, this town’s in tatters
I’ve been shattered, my brain’s been battered
Splattered all over Manhattan

Shadoobie, shattered, shattered
I say, shadoobie shattered
Shadoobie, shattered
Shadoobie, shattered

– Thank you Mick, for always being there when things get a little too shadoobied.
