Yeah. Looks like that fuzzy figure with the really strange, and strangely illuminated, genitalia, was added to some OK art. And then the art deco font. For a science fiction (I’m guessing) book.
Unless there’s some alien romance going on in a time travel story set in the 20s/30s. If that’s the case, then the rest of the cover doesn’t work. So, no.

Um, interesting genitalia. At first I thought there was a lanyard with a handle attached there, then realized it was the thigh gap.

I would want to see series and title at the top of art; at the bottom, tagline in one line, byline in one line, both in a color more readable than red on black and white. I would squash the art until the balls on the helix strands were round to make room to present the title and byline readable at thumbnail ad size.
(Looking at hi res. I don’t think the orange is genitalia. I see the ball of the helix strand in the background showing through the gap between the figure’s thighs. Hmm. In the 1970s a common prank was to trick people into looking at a package and yell “Bag”. Why do I feel pranked by Lydia and James?)
