Well, it’s not the same photo. A person with long hair flipping their head out of the water like this is a really common photography theme, and the original used for this cover may even have been legally obtained.
… But it’s a pretty sure bet that the original photo looked a zillion times better than this stupidly butchered version of it does. And in any case, the image has nothing to do with “bad hair”; more like “badly filtered photograph of someone doing something cool with her hair.”
You’re absolutely right. Karl. It could be a picture from another artist, but Mr Camara is the one who won prizes for his so he’s high on the Google search listings, and he took a bunch of those. Also the model’s profile fits perfectly.
Anyway, like you said, the original certainly looked better than this… this… mess. The picture may have well been purchased, but the odds of that are quite slim, regading the treatment it received.:)

At first I kind of liked the unique style, but it’s not clear and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. (And if this is abuse of another person’s image, ugh…)
Clearly there was no room for spaces in the name, what with “by” needing to be there and all.
I had no idea what I was looking at–kinda thought it might be a wild bendy tree hugging the moon. Now that I know it’s the cliche sexy woman flinging wet hair scenario, I’m so NOT impressed. It also looks like she sneezed out a moon booger.
