I…this…ummm…

This cover has EVERYTHING wrong with it. Everything we make fun of, including Reck font. It’s lousy overwhelming! Yes, the poster cover for everything LBC stands for.

Gad, that’s depressing.

As for “Brooklynn Rivers,” Ms. Rivers has clearly never seen a river in Brooklyn. I once lived within spitting distance of the very frightening Gowanus Canal. I hear it is a bit cleaned up now, but at the time it looked more like the MOST OBVIOUS dumping ground for rubbed out mobsters.

And, the smell. Oh, the smell. It was a physical assault that threatened innocent passers-by with frightening odours that choked with metallic overtones and gagged with suffocating swelling tongues.

Knowing this, Brooklynn Rivers is not a pseudonym I would choose for myself.

Again, a concept that might have worked, but fails horribly. I can’t even tell if the wet one is male or female.

Stretched-to-incomprehensibility female.

bad cover aside, I’d ignore this for the simple fact of how they sell Brooklyn. The only thing it distinguishes is they’re completely clueless. Deliberately misspelling names does not make you edgy or cool. It makes you illiterate.

Unfortunately, I can see the first name being real. Perhaps her parents were creative that way. And it wouldn’t be so strange if it weren’t together with this last name.

I thought Brooklynn Rivers was the porn star whose picture was on this cover.
