My thought was ‘Is this copyrighted material?” I saw the first notice, at the top, but wasn’t convinced. Flummery, quoth I! This is in fact NOT copyrighted material!
Then I saw the second legend, at the bottom, and I could no longer deny the cruel truth that this was, in fact, copyrighted material.
Explaining yet again: Don’t blame the designer for that. Amazon puts that on the covers for all print books (though not, for some reason, on ebooks).
