It is not like darkly mysterious bayou photos in decent resolution are that hard to find.

Darkly mysterious is almost the definition of a bayou. Can you get a photo of one that isn’t darkly mysterious? That one on the cover would have worked fine without the distortion. Maybe add a little fog or something.
