Hahahahaha. It’s funny because “Framed,” with “quotes” and there’s a “frame,” as in “picture.” So “ha.”

(Is that 8-year-old girl who is “framed” as in “picture” also the one who was “framed” as in “for murder”? Because that that sounds like an impressive job of “framing.”)

And parenthesis because the quote marks, dash, and colon weren’t enough punctuation and weird characters on a cover (a place where there’s usually so few of those things). Does all this make the author/designer a pioneer or someone who can’t see covers for all the books on the shelf? Yeah, definitely not the first choice.
