But I’m taking them away for the wavy white-barked trees. The humans, well, there is far too much wrong to even begin. I have more pressing things to do.

The first cover is just as bad. AND it’s another Pride & Prejudice rip off. Poor Jane. I hope she can’t see any of this.

That one horse is an optical illusion, right? How many legs does the horse have?
And why is the front tree waving at them?

Wow, the artist has clearly never seen a side saddle before… or trees… or people… or a book cover…
why are the trees laying on the ground? And why does the horse in what one might be tempted to call the “background,” look like it was modeled on a Velociraptor?
And really, P&P Fanfiction? I thought I was making that up. But there it is right in that top banner.
It’s scary when the horses are better drawn and more realistic than the trees. Not much better, mind, but at least it looks like the artist had seen a horse. Who has never seen a tree?
Wait, I think the horse andguy in the background are nesting in that tree in the front. The little nest under horse’s feet is right there on the treetop! Wow. Damn. Horse nesting. Cool.
“Volume the Second.” I’ll give a few points for novelty. 🙂

Also needs a “credit where credit is due” tag.
