I guess Waldo has already gone too far down the “certain death” path, because judging from the shadows, he’s been steamrollered into the ground and is flat as a sheet of paper.

Also, I don’t think you’re supposed to have to zoom in on the cover and spend a couple of minutes in pondering just to figure out which way those pointy-arrow signs are pointing.

I agree! And in a thumbnail the words ON the arrows are illegible.

OOH! And look at the teeny human skull! This rabbit must be HUGE!!!

It looks like those pointy-arrow signs are both pointing in the same direction. I thought the artist was making some sort of nihilistic statement about the fate of 2-dimensional white rabbits.
