You know you’re not a cover designer when you use your phone to make the print-ready screen shot of your new cover.

1. Doesn’t know how to screen cap, save as a .jpg, and crop.
2. That ain’t no plastic ruler – it’s the ruler across the top of the Word.doc
3. This is a new low in incompetence. I didn’t think things could get worse, and then here it is.
At least for “Four Day Trip to New York City” someone went to the effort of printing the page with the book title and author name AND cutting them out. That along is 200% more effort than what went into this one.
