Looks like the hair was (badly) Photoshopped onto a green sweater that was also Photoshopped into a picture taken in the interior of a gift/antique-type of shop. Where there are neither ghosts nor groves.
Between the cover and the title, I have no idea what this book is about.

Yeah, I was expecting to see at least one tree, instead we get a woodworker’s shop bench.
OOh, I get it! This woman with the crooked shoulders is the tree executioner! Mwahaha!

One ghost posed as a green sweater, and the other ghost posed as a blonde wig, and when the grove got boring they went to haunt an antique store.
